This notice covers the One Sheet website and launch list. Our mobile and desktop apps are still in development. We’ll publish their privacy information before launch.

What this website collects

When you join the launch list, we store your email address, your device preference, and the time you consented. We use them for updates about when One Sheet will be available.

The public previews are examples. This website doesn’t use your microphone, access your Google Drive, or accept audio or course files.

How your signup is stored

Haysen keeps launch-list signups on its hosting server. An essential, secure browser cookie lets you manage your signup from the browser you used to join. We don’t use advertising pixels or third-party analytics.

To run the site and limit abuse, we may process basic request information. The signup service keeps email addresses out of its application request logs.

Remove your signup

Choose “Remove my email” on the launch-list page from the browser you used to join. This removes your email and device preference from the active database. Clearing the cookie only removes your browser’s management link; your signup stays on the server.

We use the list for product updates. Joining doesn’t create an app account, authorize access to school services, or start a paid subscription.

Before you use the apps

We’ll explain data collection, connections to other services, payment terms, and retention choices before you use the apps. Joining this list does not give permission for those activities.
